Sabina Samad has worked for Redbridge for over 16 years as a social worker. Her experiences expand across Adult mental health, Adult Care Management, Children with Disabilities and Child Protection. Sabina is currently the Service Manager for the Community Social Work and Family Intervention Team (FIT) in Redbridge. Sabina is passionate and committed in promoting and embedding a contextualised understanding of the risks that are posed to children and young people through crime, gang affiliation, CSE/CCE and those who are frequently going missing from home or care and how best this cohort of young people can be supported through innovative and creative care planning to enable the best possible outcomes. Sabina has a proven track record of achieving the highest standard of social work practice, including being directly involved in 3 successful OFSTED inspections, in which the last outcome was ‘Outstanding’.
